This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails, in accordance with Québec's Charter of the French Language.

Website information

The containers, items, timelines and photos presented on the website are provided for reference only and may change without notice. Only the written quote and contract are binding on Alpha Solutions. Ambient photos come from free image libraries (Unsplash) and do not necessarily depict our shipments.

Online requests

The forms are used to request a price or a quote; they do not constitute an order. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the website for fraudulent purposes.

Client account

The client area is free. It lets you view your files and their tracking, pay your quotes and find your receipts. By creating an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate and current information, and use the telephone number given in your requests, since it is what links your files to your account;
• open only one account per person or per business, in your own name;
• keep your password confidential and not share it, even with someone who claims to be an Alpha Solutions employee: we will never ask you for it;
• notify us without delay if you think someone else has access to your account.

You are responsible for what is done with your account until you have reported unauthorized access to us. Alpha Solutions may suspend or close an account in the event of false information, identity theft, fraud, attempts to access other people's files or any other abusive use, after informing you where possible. You may delete your account at any time from your client area; accounting records related to your files remain retained for the period required by law, as explained in the privacy policy.

Tracking number

Each file and each parcel receives a tracking number in the format AS-XXXX-XXXX. With this number alone, the Track a shipment page shows only the steps of the shipment (type, destination, expected dates), with no name or amount. Keep this number to yourself and share it only with the people who need to follow the shipment, such as your consignee. File details, payments and receipts are accessible only in your client area.

Prohibited uses

You may not publish or transmit through the website any content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory or that infringes the rights of others, try to guess tracking numbers or passwords, circumvent security measures, or disrupt the operation of the website, in particular through large numbers of automated requests.

Intellectual property

The Alpha Solutions name, the logo, the text and the layout of the website belong to Alpha Solutions. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

External links

The website links to WhatsApp, to Clover's secure payment page and, occasionally, to shipping line websites for tracking. Alpha Solutions is not responsible for their content or their practices.

Availability

We do our best to keep the website and the client area accessible and accurate, but cannot guarantee that they will be free of interruptions or errors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to individuals under the Québec Consumer Protection Act. See also the general terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
